Q. How do I book a room at urbanest?
A. Simply click on 'Get Moving & Book Now!' and use
the filters at the top of the booking page to pick your desired
building, room type and budget. This will bring up a list of
suitable accommodations for you. Scroll to the room that best
matches what you're looking for and click 'Book for this period'…
Simple!
Q. I've clicked 'Book for this period, what next?'
A. From the booking screen, simply complete the short form with
your details and click next. You will then be presented with a
booking confirmation screen and the terms and conditions of your
tenancy agreement. This is a legally binding document which you
should read and understand before accepting.
Q. I agree to the terms and conditions, am I booked in
yet?
A. Once you have agreed to the terms & conditions, you're
almost there. To secure the booking, we require an upfront rental
payment of 1 week's rent. This will then come out of your last
installment so there aren't any additional fees to pay. Once this
is paid, you are booked in - Congratulations!
Q. I'm trying to make a booking, but I'm stuck - can you
help?
A. Certainly, we are more than happy to help if you have any
questions before, during or after the booking process. Simply give

Q. What is actually included in the rent?

Q. Who can be my guarantor?
A. The guarantor needs to be someone in full-time employment,
either based in the UK or based in your home country. Your
guarantor could be your Parent or Guardian for instance.
